[Job Description]
Event Team Member at hello82. As Event Team Member, you will have opportunity to participate in pop-up, fan-engagement and other fun events produced by hello82!
- Receive “basic training” at hello82 LA during our weekend pop-ups and fan-engagement events.
- After “basic training” travel to other cities to host and manage hello82 produced events.
- Identify event venues and vendors in key cities.
- Set up and breakdown of event venue decorations based on hello82 internal guidelines.
- Manage merchandise, decoration and equipment inventory count and logistics at/to/from each event location.
- Manage local temp staff and volunteers during event period.
- Most importantly, engage with fans and create a fun atmosphere in line with our slogan, “hello82, wherever you are!”
[Qualifications]
We are looking for teammates who:
- love K-pop, like hanging out with other people and forming new communities.
- are well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work independently but stay within company’s written and verbal guidelines.
- have experience in event production, retail and/or customer service is an advantage.
- must be willing to travel frequently, work weekends and shifted hours.

This is a part-time contractor position, with potential to transition to full time.
- “Basic Training” will be over 2-4 week period on-site at hello82 LA in Mid-Wilshire area.
- After “Basic Training”, travel to hello82 event locations throughout the US based on event schedule and your availability.
