ROLE
This entry level position reports directly to the company’s E-Commerce Supervisor, and is responsible for responding to customer service requests. Career mobility is possible.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via form requests
- Acknowledging and resolving customer order issues
- Keeping up with the commerce team and hello82.shop’s updates, upcoming releases, etc
- Keeping records of customer orders and transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Be able to come up with customer service solutions in a fast-paced industry
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with customer service and having the ability to answer difficult questions
- K-Pop Knowledge is preferred
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using computers
- Be able to manually fulfill orders, packing, organizing, and delivery to shipping carrier when necessary (not often)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible to work weekends when necessary
- Flexible to work with other departments when needed
- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or Slack is a plus!
- Fluency in Korean is preferred but not required
LOCATION
On-site only at hello82 LA office/retail space in Los Angeles (Mid-Wilshire area)
This is an on site, full time position. Must be willing to commute or move to LA.
WORK HOURS
10:30AM - 7:30PM
