What’s the Opportunity?

As part of our exciting expansion plans, we have an amazing growth-oriented opportunity for an experienced and versatile IT DevOps Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. This role owns our security posture and all connected systems (both hardware and software), including expediting and maintaining ISO compliance efforts. Further, as a primary point of contact for all things infrastructure, you will support the internal processes our teams use to use, deploy, and secure our suite of products.

What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make

Your work matters and we strive to make it meaningful. Of course, what’s a job posting without some bullet points? Here are a few examples of the contributions you can expect to make:

  • Act as ISMS (Information Security Management System) chairperson, driving our ISO certification efforts forward while implementing our system security configuration, to include access control, host and client access, file permissions, user accounts, etc.
  • Maintain healthy audit schedule of internal processes by working with system owners to ensure systems are compliant with established measures and protocols
  • Create deployment process automation and tooling to implement standards and boundaries in a way that empowers our development teams to help themselves for their infrastructure and deployment needs.
  • Monitor and harden system services
  • Triage and resolve system infrastructure issues (including after-hours as needed) 
  • Serve as a liaison to Airspace Link’s outsourced IT firm by attending regular meetings and coordinating internal affairs to support security of business systems, availability of technology for new hires, and general IT administration   

We Expect You to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent education or experience
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Applied professional experience configuring and maintaining Mac and Windows operating systems including endpoint management solutions like InTune and Addigy 
  • Experience in infrastructure administration that includes business systems, hardware and networking services, software, software development methodologies, and workflows  
  • Prior work experience writing and editing IT and security policies 
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams 
  • Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concept 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple priorities 
  • Professional certification a plus!
