The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of resource allocation and the ability to accurately assess resource needs for architectural and design teams, while providing sufficient capacity to realize projects’ goals. In addition, must possess appreciable knowledge of expressions of interest, bids, and requests for proposal documentation, to provide technical support to bid teams to efficiently deliver winning bids.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and collaborate with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Engage with new clients to introduce the organization’s services or products and secure business.
- Collaborate with senior management to set targets and define strategic priorities.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Create actionable plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
