The Responsibilities:

As the Client Support Upgrade Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings for individual Upgrade projects and maintaining the Upgrade calendar. This will be done by providing clear communication and direction for both client and staff. 

Specific responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and monitoring Upgrade project plans and schedules.
Organizing meetings between client and staff.
Provide exceptional client communication and responsive follow up.
Drafting and revising documentation regarding the Upgrade project.
Provide administrative support as needed.

The Requirements:

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
