BigRentz is a technology-driven equipment rental marketplace modernizing how construction professionals rent heavy equipment. We’re building SiteStack, our next-generation SaaS platform that is reshaping the industry.

We need a Senior Software Engineer who is exceptional at practical, day-to-day React development paired with solid back-end skills in .NET Core. If you’ve ever debugged a messy reducer, restructured state management to eliminate uncontrolled input warnings, or built scalable front-end features under tight deadlines, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and optimize full-stack applications using React.js (with Redux), C#/.NET Core, and PostgreSQL
  • Build front-end features that actually work in production—with clean state management, reusable components, and performance in mind
  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship practical, maintainable features quickly
  • Diagnose and fix real-world React issues (controlled vs uncontrolled inputs, reducer bugs, async state updates)
  • Mentor peers through code reviews and hands-on problem solving
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS scalability strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years professional software development experience
  • 4+ years of deep, hands-on React (your GitHub or work history shows real production React code)
  • Proficiency with Redux or other state management libraries
  • 4+ years modern C#/.NET Core experience
  • Comfort with PostgreSQL and relational database design
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical decisions clearly and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed environment with minimal hand-holding

Bonus Skills (not required)

  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or event-driven architecture
  • Experience with event sourcing or large distributed systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

What We Don’t Care About

  • We are not testing you on data structures & algorithms (DSA) puzzles
  • We value practical React expertise over LeetCode skills—if you’ve solved front-end state problems in production apps, that’s exactly what we want
