Copper Cow Coffee is an LA-based, B2B, Women & Minority Owned, Venture-Backed, Rapidly Growing FUN company with an amazing team!  Our delicious Vietnamese-style pour-over coffee experience is already sold in over 3,000 retailers already (including Cost Plus, Nordstrom, Williams-Sonoma), many amazing offices (Lyft HQ, Masterclass, etc.) and are growing 30% month over month.  Things are going really well for us and we are ready for the next major growth phase in our B2B business. We are looking for some strong leaders to help us scale/grow the team.

 


JOB DESCRIPTION:


Copper Cow Coffee is seeking an all star B2B Sales and Territory Account Manager who is interested in building relationships and finding new opportunities for Copper Cow Coffee. This role is built for maximum creativity and growth within Copper Cow Coffee. The role will report directly and work closely with Copper Cow Coffee’s CEO.  We offer excellent compensation, an opportunity to do meaningful work, and high-potential career growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Execute a sales process through discovery, solution, pricing, and close.

  • Prospecting new accounts through outbound emailing, LinkedIn engagement, calling, generating referrals and upselling current clients.

  • Scheduling, and performing in-person tastings at larger potential B2B clients throughout California.

  • Organize inbound lead and account follow up in Salesforce. This is a high volume, transactional sales cycle so staying organized is highly important.

  • Work with team to onboard new accounts

  • Offer feedback and guidance as Copper Cow establishes sales strategies and account management systems. Regularly surveying existing business customers’ current needs and customer satisfaction with Copper Cow Coffee.

  • Help refine Copper Cow Coffee office products including both technical platform and physical products.

  • Assist in organizing, updating, and reporting KPI’s on customer relationship management data on a regular basis


KEY QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2+ years of sales experience ideally in a startup, subscription, and/or services space

  • Highly motivated; can work in a rapidly growing company and industry

  • Customer and product-first mindset

  • Organized, persistent hunter that follows up professionally on leads and opportunities

  • Ability to communicate Copper Cow story and value proposition in a clear, succinct manner

  • Passion for our mission, team and industry

  • Experience in the coffee or food/beverage space a plus
