   Qualifications:                     Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree and/or professional designation (e.g. CFP, CPA) and prior experience in the financial management industry, specifically as a Client Advisor, is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail and client service skills. The candidate is expected to have broad familiarity with investment principles, investment performance measurement, accounting, trust & estate planning and tax compliance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Finally, the candidate must have effective team management skills, demonstrated through an ability to organize and establish deadlines, set priorities and manage expectations across the client team.

 

Job Description:                  As part of a Client Advisory Team the Associate Director serves as a trusted source of information and communications conduit and/or trusted Advisor for clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:           The focus of the role is to provide efficient and accurate account management in compliance with firm and regulatory standards. Specifically, this role will:

·         Provide day-to-day oversight of account and ensure timely implementation of advice, as well as documentation of client interactions and advice provided

·         Establish and maintain lines of communication with all client decision makers

·         Maintain client investment policy statements

·         Oversee quarterly reporting process

·         Review and respond to client requests for ad hoc reporting and other deliverables.
