As a Lead Network Engineer, you will assume a leadership role of Network Team.  Define the strategy that will lead to success, assemble a technical team, and implement the plan.  Collaborate with the Technical Directors and engineers across all phases.

Responsibilities

•  Lead the development efforts based off the organization's business requirements

•  Ensure that the design is highly scalable, secure, and adaptable

•  Determine software and hardware requirements

•  Take guidance from the Head of Technology

•  Identify engineers required to complete the endeavor, and execute the plan

•  Provide updates on the progress, noting any key risks

•  Define and document the architecture and workflows

Qualifications

•  Bachelor of Science or Engineering in an accredited college or university

•  4 years of experience as a Lead or similar role

•  3 years of development experience in UE4

•  Knowledgeable of C++ and back-end technologies

•  Familiar with distributed systems and cloud architecture 

•  Ability to identify risks, determine contingencies, and offer mitigation plans

•  Great interpersonal, oral, and written skills

•  Adaptable to evolving corporate culture

Additional Notes

•  No visa will be issued for this role

•  Candidate must live within a reasonable distance from the L.A. office

•  Given the current pandemic, individuals will be working from home.  Afterwards, the number of remote days will be decided upon.
