As a QA Lead, you will lead a small army of local testers to thoroughly test the latest version of the software, until it is ready for release. Adapt to the ever evolving platform and make every attempt to understand the changes that are occurring on a daily basis. Integrate this knowledge into the checklists, and ensure your team reports all issues as they arise.


• Follow guidance from the QA Manager and lead a team of testers • Oversee orientation and training of new hires • Delegate tasks amongst the test team with the ability to meet deadlines • Manage JIRA bug database to be aware of all development tasks and monitor the flow of bugs • Monitor quality of testing and course correct as necessary • Resolve any roadblocks raised by testers


• 2-3 years of experience as a QA Game Tester or similar role • 1-2 years of experience as a QA Lead or similar role • Experience leading a small team of 6-12 testers • Completed one full project as a QA Lead on any platform • Experience with testing games on PCs, consoles, or mobile devices • Familiar with using bug tracking software (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) • Key soft skills gravitate around leadership, and being organized • VR gaming would be a plus, but not mandatory • MMORPG experience a plus, but not mandatory • Great interpersonal, oral, and written skills • Adaptable to evolving corporate culture • Passion for gaming a must
