We are seeking a Support Specialist for our Proveedor platform and line of business.  This is a currently a part-time entry-level position.  The Support Specialist position is externally facing to clients of our Proveedor platform.  Proveedor (www.proveedor.biz) provides analytics and insights around the impact of corporate spend on small businesses and diverse communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Provide support to users of Proveedor to understand how to use it, through email communication, how-to articles, and occasionally phone calls. 

·        Assist users with product registration and participation in surveys

·        Perform outreach (via email and phone calls) to users to encourage engagement

·        Monitor email support requests and assist users as needed

·        Document product issues and report to technical team for resolution

·        Attend internal meetings to review upcoming clients and projects

Skills

·        Good written and verbal communications

·        Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Skills specific to the Proveedor Support Specialist role will be provide by Proximo in the form of training with existing staff.

While not a requirement, it is good if you have experience in working in a telecommuting environment and working collaboratively in real-time with other people via IM and video conference.  You should have a dedicated and secure work space and have an excellent and reliable Internet connection.  You are expected to have your own PC or laptop. You should have experience in working with people that are located around the world in many time zones. You must be authorized to work in the US.
