We are seeking an Account Manager and Analyst with Supplier Diversity experience to support our clients’ projects and data systems. You should have a minimum of two years of experience.
As this position is client-facing, it requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have experience in Supplier Diversity data, systems, processes, and reporting. It is highly desirable that you know enough about databases to construct queries against database tables, which will aid you in your ability to conduct analyses.
Skills
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
· Excellent writing skills
· Experience documenting user’s requirements
· Proficient in facilitating meetings with clients in order to extract requirements
· Experience with Jira a plus
· Knowledge of SQL (SQLServer, Oracle, or Access) as plus
You must be able to discuss business requirements with a client. You need to be able to work as part of a team to develop a system to meet those functional requirements. In addition, you will need to develop test scripts and assist in the testing of any dashboards or web applications as demanded by the functional requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be the lead/point-of-contact for the client
- Foster relationships with clients
- Connect with client about needs and goals
- Consult on growing their program and helping them achieve their goals
- Facilitate gathering required data assets
- Communicate supplier participation/engagement with client
- Present insights and analytics via reports or dashboard demonstrations
- Develop new or continuing business with client
- Collaborate with business development team to identify needs of clients
- Communicate reporting needs to Product Manager
- Quickly raise and document issues that may threaten a project
- Perform informal (i.e. non-classroom) user training on systems developed
- Research best practices
This position requires a B.S. or B.A. degree
from an accredited university (or equivalent for degrees obtained outside of
the US). Your experience can be in any
industry, but if you have worked in more than one it is a plus.
