SUMMARY:       

The Inventory and Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Finance Team by reviewing and processing all transactions related to product purchases and inbound freight as well as assisting in other Accounts Payable and Finance functions. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Monitor inventory levels and ensure that goods are properly allocated to prevent back orders

·         Set up financial ties between credit card processors and internal financial reporting systems

·         Work with marketing department to fully understand current and future programs to ensure that all inventory and financial set ups are complete prior to go live

·         Weekly comparison and reconciliation from Warehouse to ERP system

·         Assist in slow moving inventory reviews and close out recommendations

·         Back up and assist in other Finance functions and projects as time allows

 

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting

·         Detail oriented with project management, organizational and follow-up skills

·         Excellent Excel skills

·         Great attitude, excitement, and passion for consumer products industry

·         Knowledge of Consumer packaged goods industry
