How This Role Contributes

The Compliance Resolution Analyst will be responsible for handling complaints and correspondence such as QWRs, RFI and ROE, on behalf of the Company.  In this role the Analyst will receive specific direction from the Correspondence Supervisor as they research and resolve escalated matters that cannot be resolved at the department level.  In this role there is heavy emphasis on meeting timelines and following HUD and Fannie Mae regulations/guidelines.  The opportunity to assist on special projects will be present for the individual selected for this role.

The Right Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for research and writing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3+ years’ experience in financial services or mortgage servicing is required.  Proven advanced ability with business communications both written and verbal is required.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
