Reporting to the Director of Risk Modeling & Automation, the Investor Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of weekly and monthly investor reporting and remittances along with related cash movements and accounting entries in accordance with a variety of agency (Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae), whole loan and non-agency servicing agreements. The Manager will be responsible for daily loan accounting processes and reconciliations.

How This Role Contributes
The Investor Reporting Manager will hold an impactful role as they manage the team that prepares, reviews and processes timely and accurate reporting/remitting/billing to our investors in accordance with the investor servicing agreements/guidelines and company polices each cycle. The Manager will be responsible for understanding various servicing agreements and advancing requirements. As the lead Investor Reporting expert the Manager will actively participate in the implementation and management of investment deals while directing the servicer on proper set-up based on the underlying structure and agreements. As the primary MAM point of contact for investors the Investor Reporting Manager will handle a variety of inquiries about the mortgage portfolios being serviced. By working collaboratively with internal partners including Servicing, Accounting, Compliance, and IT the Manager will identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.
The Right Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field coupled with 5+ years of experience in investor reporting and/or accounting experience. Proven success in mortgage servicing is needed along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Word). Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with detail-orientation and problem solving skills will result in setting the right candidate up for success in this position.
