Website Specialist

This position will be in direct contact with clients gathering information for website development and maintenance and communicating with developers. We are looking for a candidate with an excellent understanding of website design aesthetics and top-notch customer service. The success of this position is dependent upon working well with a team of professionals and giving constructive feedback to both the work team and our customers.

Essential Duties:

·          Present quarterly analytics reports measuring the performance of online efforts for multiple websites.

·          Coordinating with customers and the web development team on setting up new websites.

·          Field support related e-mails and phone calls, oversee existing customer websites and answering questions related to local SEO and website performance.

·          Interacts directly with existing customers to provide website analysis and insight as well as manage customer expectations.

·          For new clients, gather information needed for website maintenance and setups, answering any questions the customer may have in the setup process and maintenance stage, and communicating directly to the development team what the customer is requesting.

·          For existing clients, present website performance reports and provide analysis and insight to the client via phone.

Qualifications:

·          Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

·          Two-four years of project coordinating or customer service skills

·          Basic understanding of Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

·          Knowledge of Google My Business listings

·          Knowledge of website trends

·          Excellent computer and customer service skills

·          Strong oral and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills

·          Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong follow through
