Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an innovative and high-performing individual to join a fast-growing company with a well-established success record. The primary goal is to drive customer satisfaction by promoting product usage and adoption. The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact, field customer issues, training requests, and additional business needs. 

 

As the primary relationship owner, this individual will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own daily workload while setting ambitious yet achievable objectives. You will work cross-functionally with our sales team on revenue expansion opportunities as well as our product & engineering teams on providing a user experience feedback to our development team.

 

In This Role You’ll:

·         Track onboarding status and activities of large accounts with a focus on user adoption

·         Create and develop a communication strategy with customers

·         Perform regular customer success reviews

·         Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams including, but not limited to enhancements requests, issues, and user feedback

·         Use analytical tools to gain insight into customer behaviors and develop solutions to meet those opportunities

·         Earn customer trust through relationship development

·         Develop processes to encourage customer engagement

·         Function as the voice of your customers to EZLynx

·         Provide new product communication to assigned customers

·         Work with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities

 

Here’s What You Bring:

  •       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
  •     2+ years of experience in a client-facing, account management, product usage role
  •          2+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar marketing automation tools
  •         Proficient in MS Office suite
  •          Skilled in facilitation with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-tasking
  •          Strong project management, planning and organizational skills
  •          Collaborative work style with a balanced mix of creative and analytical thinking
  •          Strong communication skills are written, verbal and presentation skills
