Account Managers are accountable for ensuring the highest level of service for their assigned client portfolio. Building client relationships and client satisfaction is key to success in this position.  Your ability to listen, understand client’s business processes and needs and have strong communication-presentation skills to educate existing clients on EZLynx products and services will be the key to your success

In This Role You’ll:

·         Be the trusted advisor and build long-term relationships with clients/key partners

·         Conduct account reviews with existing clients

·         Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

·         Increase client retention and save at-risk clients through “Tune-Ups” to educate and maximize client’s utilization within product(s)

·         Create cross-selling opportunities and drive customer referrals

·         Monitor and analyze client’s utilization of product(s)

·         Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings

·         Forecast and track key account metrics; opportunities, referrals, client satisfaction, tune-ups)

·         Achieve target and set goals

·         Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly/annual product initiatives and product releases to existing clients

·         Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

·         Exploring opportunities to add value; developing ROI stories & case studies

·         Assist with development and implementation of new policies and procedures necessary to improve efficiency

 

Here’s What You Bring:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 3 years’ experience in the software tech industry, preferably insurance and 1+ years’ experience in direct sales

·         Experience in comparable pre-sales position, supporting sales cycles and understanding technology

·         Ability to influence others by having great presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills

·         Proven track record of good project management, customer service and account management experience

·         Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products
