Project Manager

You will lead, plan and deliver medium-to-large scale Enterprise Onboarding projects within a defined market. he Enterprise Project Manager has overall accountability of completing projects on time by utilizing department processes in order to meet quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

In This Role You’ll:

  • Lead, plan, and deliver projects successfully by taking ownership and removing the roadblocks for all teams during the client onboarding process
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with our customers, Product Team and Executives to guarantee any issues are escalated as needed
  • Anticipate and manage deviations from the project’s schedule, evaluate alternative solutions and take appropriate actions to avoid or mitigate any deviations
  • Coordinate with the Product Team to ensure Customer needs are evaluated for development and set expectations
  • Work with the Setup, Data Conversion, Training, Support and Accounting Team leads to ensure Onboarding timelines are met
  • Work with the QA team to make sure bugs found during custom setups are addressed by the Engineering Team
  • Identify and report project risks as well as compile a risk mitigation plan to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate with all teams to ensure custom scopes are clearly defined and the final deliverable meets the defined scope

 

Here’s What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer facing, software, migration or development projects
  • Solid understanding of MS Project an/or other Project Management Tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Communicate precisely and clearly, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels
  • Strong analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
