Product Manager

EZLynx develops industry-leading cloud-based software for the insurance industry. Our software has helped independent agents operate their businesses more effectively for over ten years. We are proud to be the innovators of several products that, previously, the insurance industry had never seen, including Real-time rating, Agency Pulse™, Policy Sync, eSignature integration, and a unified rating and management system.

 

We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking team player that will enhance the development of the product. The Product Owner will work directly with the customers and the product engineering team to ensure the customers are receiving the most innovative product.

In This Role You’ll:

·         Be Informed: know the full vision of the product, customer feedback, market research, and stakeholder feedback;

·         Be committed to the final product vision, being nimble in the process to achieve the results;

·         Be available to the team, knowing when to insert yourself and when to let them grow;

·         Build trusting relationships with all stakeholders;

·         Create, maintain and prioritize Product backlog;

·         Identify improvements in the process to identify problems and get to solutions faster;

·         Collaborates with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts to analyze pain points in the process;

·         Act as the liaison between the customer community (external and internal customers), the software development team, customer support, and product marketing;

·         Evaluates and prioritizes information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, converts information from high-level business issues and opportunities into detailed functional requirements.

 

Here’s What You Bring:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 5+ years software product management experience

·         Ability to manage a detailed roadmap and influence teams toward successful decisions

·         Asset management & good organizational skills

·         Establishes cross-functional alliances to drive results

·         Proactively communicates and provides ongoing updates to Leadership, workstreams, and stakeholders to maintain alignment

·         Builds trust and influences without authority cross-functionally and across diverse teams

·         Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers

·         Willing to learn with each sprint, release or iteration
