In This Role You’ll: 

• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple and polished content
• Work with and interview developers and other subject matter experts and create user-friendly documentation from these sources
• Analyze product changes to determine what documentation needs to be created or revised
• Put together Process flow diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams and Workflow charts to capture technical and business details
• Manage all aspects of the documentation process—from planning to content maintenance

Here’s What You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field
• 3+ years’ experience in writing technical documentation
• Analytical skills with the ability to think critically
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Good sense of prioritization while handling multiple tasks under pressure
• High level of organization with acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
