EZLynx is expanding our Onboarding Specialist! We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking team player that will help our customers transition to our products. The Onboarding Specialist will work directly with the customers and the sales team to ensure that customers are receiving the most innovative product.

In This Role You’ll:

  • Coordinate all aspects of project implementation per the contract, while working closely with the client and internal project teams;
  • Monitor each client’s progress during the onboarding process and follow up as needed within a specific timeline;
  • Provide effective, efficient customer service in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Lead follow up meetings with clients to ensure they are engaged with the product and assist them in utilizing the EZLynx system.


Here’s What You Bring:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, project management or related field
  • 2+ years in customer service and project coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including phone, e-mail and client interfacing
  • Detailed oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Great organization and computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
