In This Role You’ll:

  • Work on leading edge networking and information security by helping to automate, program and deliver networks and network services for EZLynx Software as a Service Platform.
  • Design, build, and improve datacenter and cloud network deployments based on business and application requirements.
  • Document changes, processes, and procedures with an eye on accuracy and detail while creating repeatable processes that can be read and executed by other administrators and engineers.
  • Partner with neighboring teams in designing, testing, deploying and operating highly scalable network infrastructure in collocated, on premises, managed service provider and cloud data centers.
  • Function as technical, engineering, and operational subject matter expert for complex networking systems including Fortinet, Dell, DNS, NTP, VPN, BGP, RoCE, AWS & Azure public cloud solutions, Routing, Switching, and CLOS\Spine-Leaf network architectures.
  • Maintain, document, and enforce industry and company standards and best practices.
  • Perform network and system performance analysis and tuning optimizations.
  • Develop and implement network automation solutions in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.

Here’s What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years supporting CLOS (Spine\Leaf) network architecture.
  • Technical proficiency and hands on experience with internet routing protocols and networking concepts: TCP/IP, BGP, RSTP, LACP, LLDP, RoCE, Metro Ethernet networks, SD-WAN, 802.11 Wireless Networks, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, IPS\IDS
  • 1-2 years with Microsoft Azure SaaS, IaaS, PaaS public cloud solutions experience required.
  • Technical expertise in deployment and troubleshooting network related issues through data collection and analysis.
  • Experience with the Fortinet Security Fabric and Dell Network Switches preferred.
  • Ability to present technical information in a concise manner that can be understood by non-engineers and provides decision-makers the context and key points necessary to make necessary decisions.
  • Technical subject matter expertise on infrastructure engineering with an emphasis on modern, cloud infrastructure, hybrid cloud models, hybrid multi-cloud models, and platform services.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS public cloud solutions preferred.
  • CCNA, CCDA, CCNP certifications preferred.
