Tiber Health Innovation (THI) is the Data & Analytics division of Tiber Health Corporation, the parent company of Ponce Health Sciences University (PHSU). PHSU has 15 health education programs, including a LCME accredited Medical School.
THI is a leader in Medical Education technology, including a suite of predictive tools that support marketing, admissions, teaching / learning, and alumni engagement / career pathways. THI and PHSU together create an innovative, scalable health education platform with predictive capabilities.
THI is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Serve as a Business Analyst for the Software Development team by helping to define projects and tasks by gathering requirements from users. Convert incoming product or feature requests from various teams and stakeholders into well-defined projects with business requirements.
- Serve as Project Manager for Software Dev team that uses Agile methodology. Help lead weekly meetings by reviewing progress made on tasks since last meeting.
- Serve as Project Manager for Partner Ops team. Help track multiple processes with THI's University Partners.
- Use Project Management expertise to unify multiple, independent processes into a cohesive project management system that all stakeholders can use to manage their responsibilities & reporting.
- Take lead in how THI uses Asana, Smartsheet, Teams, and other tools to improve communicate and coordination across distributed teams.
- Once a project is kicked off, the Project Manager should communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the delivery teams, and communicate project status regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional project management work experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience using PM tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies and product functionality
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), presentation, planning and organizational skills.
- Masterful attention to detail and proven project management.
- Ability to identify and propose new processes and procedures.

This is a full-time position that reports to the THI Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
This is a remote position. However, there is an expectation to be available during standard business hours 8-9 am to 4-5 pm.
Some travel will be needed, such as attending a monthly meeting in St. Louis, MO.
