Northramp is looking for smart, creative individuals interested in helping grow something truly unique in our markets. We are currently looking for an AV Executive Support Specialist who has experience:
- Providing onsite and on-demand audio visual support to executive-level clients, preferably in the federal government space, in a timely, professional and polished manner.
- Setting up and supporting the technical needs for conferences and large meetings from beginning to end, which includes scheduling, video conferencing, teleconferencing, presentations, network access, and onsite logistics support.
- Troubleshooting technical access and performance issues before, during, and after meetings.
- Working with other technical operations teams to support the previously stated requirements.
- Setting up and maintaining conferencing AV equipment including but not limited to projectors, computers/laptops, microphones, web cameras, speakers, and telephones.
- Working closely with executives and their staff members to schedule, organize, and support meetings.
- Maintaining a professional, flexible, and can-do attitude at all times.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation.
- Extensive experience with supporting and deploying Audio Visual equipment and associated technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with executives and their staff
- Ability to provide full-time onsite support in the Washington, DC area

- Applicable Audio Visual certifications
Clearance
Public Trust or equivalent clearance desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
