The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow technical architecture experience leading large scale implementations.  The role entails assessing current state processes and tools, identifying ServiceNow platform solution options, defining ServiceNow solution requirements, determining integration requirements, and developing overall architecture and implementation plans. 

You will have demonstrated your ability to analyze and apply critical thinking to a wide variety of complex problems and partner with your customers to identify and implement successful solutions that solve their most pressing challenges. As a Northramp director you will be responsible for mentoring and developing junior staff, delivering quality services to our clients and expanding work under existing contracts.

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who will:

  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of the Now Platform and core architecture and primary application modules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Mobile Agent, and Self-Service Portal
  • Provide expert consulting, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge, of ServiceNow architecture and IT Service Management principles
  • Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints
  • Exhibit hands-on experience with the design and implementation incident, problem, knowledge management practices, and know how these, and the other ITIL practices, integrate
  • Attend meetings, as needed, to solicit feedback from stakeholders regarding various modules of the tool whenever change is warranted or requested
  • Must be able to work independently on a project, seeing it from inception to completion
  • Strong written and oral communications required

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation
  • Ability to pass, and maintain, a federal background check and drug screen successfully
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in information technology
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives / service automation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to readily translate complex technical information to non-technical audiences

Desired Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Master Architect certification
  • ITIL v4 certifications
