Position Summary

GrainBridge is seeking a talented Office Manager who is passionate about working with a team that is focused on building the next generation of Ag software for the world’s producers. We are looking for a high energy professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats at a time. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently and with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy supporting a diverse team of people.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and assisting the Leadership team in various tasks.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving purchasing requests.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

  • Perform orientations and update records of staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls and deliver world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Create presentations and other management-level reports.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management. Human resources related experience, a plus.

  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and human resource ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of record organization and retention processes.
