Job Summary:
Zymo Research is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. The successful candidate will be working closely with the HR Generalist and other HR team members.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated learner, an effective team player, and be highly organized and professional.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and update company job descriptions.
- Update onboarding documents and materials.
- Scanning and filing to maintain and update company employee personnel files.
- Assist with scheduling interviews.
- Assist with summer internship program management.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions.
- Perform other general HR duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience in an office/Administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
The estimated base compensation range for this position is $20 an hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
