Product Manager

The Product Manager will use data, customer inputs, competitive analysis, and industry-wide best practices to identify digital payments platform capabilities that will deliver exceptional user experience to HintMD’s business customers.



·       Translate the strategic vision and business requirements into a living product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with longer-term needs

·       Build a well-informed customer journey map that understands the needs of customers through user research and competitive analysis

·       Drive new product features and functionality to implementation by writing requirements documents, stories and use case scenarios

·       Oversee the development of UI to ensure that the front-end design provides the optimal experience and meets all requirements

·       Gain alignment from cross-functional teams on the priority and scope of features and functionality

·       Partner with engineering teams to ensure product and technical requirements are clearly understood and built into the product per business requirements

·       Serve as the “voice of the customer” internally, able to represent the mindset of our customers and their staff

·       Perform other duties as assigned



·       3+ years of experience in a product manager role

·       Strong ability to synthesize various inputs to develop a concise vision for product experience

·       Ability to analyze data and user flows to optimize product experience

·       Fintech and startup experience a plus

·       Experience collaborating with cross functional groups across the enterprise with a track record of successful deliveries and launches

  • Ability to “tell a story” for what problem you are trying to solve for and the vision you are going after,

·       An in-depth knowledge of product and technology used for payments processing a plus

·       BS required, MBA a plus



  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates characteristics to work respectfully and effectively with all levels of employees, to achieve mutual goals.
