· Serve as the “voice of the customer” internally, able to represent the mindset of our customers and their staff
· Perform other duties as assigned
· 3+ years of experience in a product manager role
· Strong ability to synthesize various inputs to develop a concise vision for product experience
· Ability to analyze data and user flows to optimize product experience
· Fintech and startup experience a plus
· Experience collaborating with cross functional groups across the enterprise with a track record of successful deliveries and launches
- Ability to “tell a story” for what problem you are trying to solve for and the vision you are going after,
· An in-depth knowledge of product and technology used for payments processing a plus
· BS required, MBA a plus
