We are looking for a highly skilled web developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. This person is responsible for developing front-end web applications, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, developing integrations to back-end systems using various web technologies such as GraphQL.

What you’ll be doing:

• Write maintainable, well documented code with extensive test coverage

• Constant quality improvement of code and infrastructure

• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to resolve ambiguity

• Work cross-functionally with our product,, technical architects, analytics and operations team to develop new features and improve existing processes

• Estimate engineering efforts and come up with realistic schedules and plans

• Collaborate with UX designers from the design stage through production release phase

• Develop standardized UI modules, tools, and libraries to speed time-to-market of our applications

• Identify and resolve complex production issues

• Staying current of developments in web applications and programming languages

• Manage technical risk and debt for the web team

• Own the technical stack and architecture for the web team

• Help hire and recruit the best talent for your team

What you’ll have:

• 10+ years of software experience with 5+ years in Web UI

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience leading and mentoring a UI team of 3-5 members

• Strong Knowledge of the React.js, Redux, and GraphQL frameworks

• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive development techniques

• Demonstrate a high level of curiosity and keep abreast of the latest technologies

• Rigor in automated testing, code quality, and engineering best practices

• Higher-level analytical skills in taking business requirements and creating solutions

• Self-motivated, self-starting, pays attention to the details, and a great team player

• Creative and innovative, able to think outside the box

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
