This is a mid-level accounting assistant position. Specific duties include entering accounts payable invoices, coordination with the procurement team, assist in processing weekly cash disbursements, accounts receivable postings, assisting with the travel and expense reporting in Concur and data entry. Accounting support will be focused on operations for ITEC Entertainment. The ability to multitask and work independently is critical in this role as daily and monthly projects arise and often require immediate attention. 

Essential Job Functions  

  • Accounts Payable reporting and invoice entry
  • Accounts Receivable reporting and analysis
  • Manage & reconcile travel & entertainment transactions between Concur and other platforms (as needed)
  • Assist with annual 1099 filings
  • Assist with other reports and/or special projects as assigned

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience
  • 3+ years in an accounting department

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the themed entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance


  • Ability to work 40+ hours, as needed


  • This position does not require travel

Physical Requirements

Employee will be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will also be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds.
