We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, end-user systems, and security. This position is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and supporting users across the organization. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Perform routine maintenance including backups, updates, and patching
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Support network administration and onsite network equipment installations
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Assist with security audits and data protection measures
- Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements and special projects
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Barracuda, VoIP, and Cisco networking
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Understanding of IT security best practices
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT role
Preferred Certifications
AWS Cloud, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA certifications
