Business Systems and Operations Associate

 

The Business Systems and Operations Associate works across the company to implement and operate business systems in support of the company’s offerings. Working collaboratively with executive, sales and technical teams, the Associate will be responsible for defining business processes, and configuring, maintaining and operating the company’s existing ZohoOne platform, defining key business processes and workflows, and providing operational support to sales, operations and finance functions. 

 

Business Systems and Operations Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement workflows utilizing multiple Zoho modules, including at a minimum CRM, Forms, Projects, Subscriptions (Billing) and Analytics
  • Support sales optimization of CRM capabilities to support territory management, lead development, and pipeline tracking 
  • Create and maintain service subscriptions for customers 
  • Support system capability and on-going implementation of moves, adds and changes
  • Track subscriptions and support sales for client renewals
  • Develop and support Customer facing portals that enable billing and payment, subscription management, and account management functions
  • Maintain product and services catalogs, price lists, and subscription information bases
  • Establish and maintain supplier price lists
  • Utilizing Zoho tools to develop and operate subscription reporting and reconciliation process
  • Support client billing, reconciliation and collection 
  • Develop custom reports utilizing functionality of Zoho Analytics
  • Support client utilization of system APIs 
  • Manage user access access, permissions and roles in ZohoOne environment
  • Provide on-going support and training for internal users

Business Systems and Operations Associate Qualifications / Skills:

  • Technical acumen to understand company’s products and services
  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role (preferably Zoho), with necessary skills to align business processes and system functionality
  • Experience in providing training and support specifically for CRM end-users 
  • Strong proficiency in using and customizing the CRM platform. Zoho CRM certification is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
  • Familiarity with Zoho data structures, import/export processes and tools
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM reporting and Analytics

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Meet stated qualifications / skills

 

Our team is varied and lives throughout the US with HQ in SW FL and offices in Atlanta and MD/DC. We primarily work remotely and have lab, testing and staging areas as well. 

 

Compensation Details  

The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 and is eligible for participation in annual performance bonuses. Compensation may be more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  

 

Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, production, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
