Do you want to play a role in the next generation of technologies improving the planet? We build tiny technologies (MEMS) that empower tomorrow's innovations.

Summary:

The objective of this role is to bring new MEMS products to market. You will work with an energetic team in a fast-paced environment of a rapidly expanding product line. Projects can involve device physics modeling, device and module characterization, mechanical modeling, assembly process development, reliability testing, test development, statistical analysis, and direct customer facing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Yield analysis and improvement, of both bare die and complex modules.
  • Drive new process and product improvements.
  • Drive packaging development with vendors and partners.
  • Interface with customers and channel partners to identify product requirements.
  • Interface with wafer fab engineering for chip and process development.
  • Selection of electrical and mechanical test in development and production to optimize overall product cost, and specification.
  • Design and implementation of RF and DC electrical tests to improve product reliability.
  • Develop and transfer to volume production RF die probing techniques to improve accuracy of good die identification and module yield.
  • Improve high-volume RF test fixtures and test methods for packaged die
  • Ensure robust yield and quality on new products while maintaining aggressive time to market schedules

Requirements:

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, expertise in one of the following: MEMS physics, 3D Ohm’s Law, RF characterization and testing. Strong programming skills / willingness to learn is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology MEMS or similar field and+ 3 years experience
  • This job requires a wide range of skills. Ability to understand and solve new problems is important. Good collaboration skills are a must for working with various teams, both internally and with other companies.
