Summary: 

IMT is looking for a part time Help Desk Administrator to act as the first tier of support for the IT Department. The role involves management of the IT ticketing system, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the technology infrastructure and systems for our expanding organization.   

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide technical support to all employees  
  • Complete all IT-related onboarding tasks for new employees  
  • Computer and printer support  
  • Upgrade workstations  
  • Manage Office 365 Subscription  

Requirements  

  • 1-2 Years Technical Support Experience (Windows/Networking)  
  • Office 365  
  • Windows Desktop Support (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)  
  • Help Desk Tools (JIRA, RMM)  
  • A+ Certification Preferred (Not Required) 
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
