The Director, Business Development will collaborate with the President/CEO and the Embright leadership team to develop business growth strategies and assume responsibility for stewarding activities to adapt and update these plans over time.  The Director will focus on direct-to-market efforts to identify, attract, acquire, and retain employer/purchaser clients who self-fund their employee health benefit plans. Along with generating and promoting these new business opportunities, the Director, Business Development will be responsive to client needs that may require development of a new product or service(s) by Embright including but not limited to sales, marketing, and account management activities.

The successful incumbent will exercise agility in the execution of plans and consistently role-model diplomacy and adaptability in fostering relationships of trust amongst a diverse universe of stakeholders that create a spirit of collaboration, good will, and partnership.
