Sylabs is a startup developing Singularity – the premier container platform for high performance, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and edge computing.

We are hiring a customer engagement coordinator to manage our customer accounts, coordinate with customers, work with business development, and always make sure the right people are in every meeting. This is an entry level sales position, so successful candidates must be self-starting with the drive and self-discipline to consistently seek out new sales leads while managing existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Understand Sylabs' offerings, products, and be able to discuss them at a high level.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.

Preferred Skills:

    Understanding of Linux, Open Source, containers, and orchestration
    Knowledge of high performance computing
    Vertical industry knowledge (oil and gas, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, federal, etc.)
