Sylabs is a startup developing Singularity – the premier container platform for high performance, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and edge computing.

We’re seeking talented and experienced sales executives responsible to engage in a consultative sales approach, demonstrate our business value, and ultimately subscribe new customers to our commercial products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales DNA, be results-driven, execution-focused, customer orientated, and of course, have experience in the Linux, HPC, and container orchestration ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and grow a sales team.
  • Research new leads and potential new markets.
  • Research the needs of leads and learn who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Examine risks and potentials; estimate partners’ needs and goals.
  • Close deals and bring in revenue.
