Flagship capabilities development, Notebooks alike
Integrations development with first class services DataDog Integration, Slack Integration alike
Engage with market leaders to develop a cutting edge technology for incident auto remediation and distributed debugging
Focus on a innovative technical product for engineers like yourself
Influence technical and product decisions by closely working with C level people
Extend your expertise on distributed debugging and distributed remediation while working to an innovative product
Evolve in a streamlined environment enabled by high autonomy
What you'll be doing
Drive the vision of current and future product developments while managing 2 development teams based in Iasi, UI team and APIs team
Active hiring management with direct involvement in profile definition, hand picked sourcing, selection stages
Design and implement ways of working for your engineering teams
Ensure reliable, efficient and scalable SDLC
Ensure technical and architectural review
Act as a product owner for your teams, directly interact with head of product, product managers and leads of all kinds to clarify, prioritize, plan and deliver product enhancements according to agreed expectations
Ensure people management, close relationship with engineers in your teams running 121, objectives setup and reviews, performance reviews and career path definition alongside with guidance
Advice and support your teams during incident management
Design and implement scalable onboarding practices

Who you are
3+ years in a SaaS organization actively contributing to product development
3+ years as people manager / line manager
3+ years as hiring manager
Able to transform ideas/vision into easily to understand feature’s description ready to be implemented by engineers
Able to synthesize complex ideas into compelling and actionable recommendations
Strong listening skills. Displays empathy when interacting with colleagues
Analytical and metrics-driven with strong business acumen that allows quick, informed decisions
Strong verbal and written skills
7+ years experience as an hands on engineer
Familiar with on-call practices and incident management
Familiar with DevOPS practices
Familiar with CI & CD practices
3+ years as team lead / engineering manager / technical lead
Open-minded and creative problem solver
