We are hiring a Growth and Demand Gen leader to connect with potential prospects, educate them on incident automation and Shoreline, and convert that engagement into pipeline for Sales. 


  • Lead demand gen strategy, based on a deep understanding of the ideal customer profile and the and tactics and messages that reach them

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that build enough sales pipeline to crush revenue targets — includes programs such as events, digital, ABM, response to intent, email nurtures, etc.

  • Collaborate with BDRs to ensure smooth and thorough follow-up on created leads, seeking out feedback to understand what’s working best, and what needs to change   

  • Drive growth initiatives, especially product led growth (PLG)

  • Embrace a data-driven culture that continually highlights successes and opportunities to improve through your tailored reports and dashboards 

Experience & Skills

  • Success as a demand gen or growth marketer that usually exceeds your pipeline goals 

  • Deep understanding of modern, multi-channel B2B lead generation channels, tactics, and strategies

  • Familiarity marketing to engineers, and with the overall DevOps space 

  • B2B Saas experience at the early stage and through high growth

  • A passion for testing new ideas, learning fast, and iterating

  • Creativity and an appreciation for the role of copy and design in marketing effectiveness

  • Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of programs

  • RevOps experience including Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Google Analytics, data providers, paid media platforms, and other relevant solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
