A bit about our purpose and who we are
Shoreline incident automation enables SREs to interactively debug at scale and quickly build remediations to eliminate repetitive work and minimize outages.
We are a relatively small yet highly effective engineering team that truly cares about the product and each other.
As part of this team owning the Shoreline app, you’ll have the opportunity to
Build products that genuinely improve operational and SRE work, improve availability, and dramatically reduce time to resolution
Get proficient and integrate with top products designed for operational field (just naming a few categories: observability, incident management, fluent communication, etc)
Get familiar with DevOPS practices
Use modern development practices and get exposure to a variety of languages, platforms, and technologies (SPA, micro-frontends)
Have organizational visibility and get to influence the product and roadmap
What you'll be doing
Build an engineering centric UX
Design the app’s architecture, which is the main channel for SREs to debug and define remediation paths
Building real-time monitoring and analysis web apps, where data is updated every second
Make use and influence the progress of the tech stack build of ReactJS, ReactQuery, React with Hooks, HookState, TypeScript, MaterialUI, Monaco Editor, Visx
Make use of CI pipelines (GitHub actions, Spinnaker, Jenkins)
