Elevate Government Solutions is a high-growth Technology Services company focused on driving technological change in the government space. Our teams engage with various federal agencies to develop and deploy emerging technology solutions using a tailored Agile methodology.

We are seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, and intellectually curious AI Integrator / Data Scientist to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and deploying AI-enabled decision support solutions for a U.S. Air Force client. The AI Integrator will work directly with government stakeholders to design, build, and operationalize AI/ML capabilities in a real-world, mission-focused environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in ambiguous, data-rich environments and can independently transform fragmented data into actionable insights. As a core member of our team, the AI Integrator will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions—from data ingestion and preparation to model development and deployment.

The position is 100% on-site at Westover Air Reserve Base, MA. Telework is not authorized.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines in air-gapped, on-premise environments

  • Design and deploy lightweight, user-friendly dashboards and decision-support tools

  • Set up and manage development, test, and production environments within constrained systems

  • Containerize and deploy applications using Docker or similar technologies

  • Work directly with government stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions

  • Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to end users

  • Work in a fast-paced Agile environment with fluid requirements and evolving priorities

  • Respond to technical challenges in a professional and timely manner

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders

  • Experience working with messy, real-world datasets and building end-to-end data pipelines

  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development

  • Experience deploying applications in on-premise or constrained environments (e.g., air-gapped systems)
