Sample Responsibilities & Activities:
- Work closely with various internal teams at Mutual to support advisor needs
- Work closely with various institutional custodians to respond to the daily business activities associated with a retail financial practice
- Support advisors in their day-to-day client interactions and support-related functions
- Facilitate brokerage and advisory paperwork requests on behalf of advisor activity and client requests
- Maintain and organize electronic records on behalf of advisor and clients
- Maintain and update CRM to ensure notes, activities and client information is properly recorded
- Complete various administration tasks and projects as requested by advisor in timely manner
Who We’re Looking For:
- Vibrant and eager leaners with a basic understanding of the investment products and brokerage-operations processes
- Digitally savvy individuals keen on gaining proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communicators with dynamic written and oral presentation skills.
- Problem-solvers ready to tackle challenges head-on.
