Technical Writer

CINC Systems, LLC the leading provider of software to the HOA management industry is looking for a Technical Writer to join our team in Duluth, Georgia.  This individual will ensure the creation of a framework for documentation for the company’s software solutions while maintaining consistency and efficiency. This role prepares and maintains documentation pertaining to all software products provided to our clients. The Technical Writer will work cross functionally to ensure documentation consistency throughout the company, including software development, product management, implementation, project management, training and marketing.  Individual will be responsible for:

*Determining the needs of all end users of technical documentation.
*Revising, updating, and organizing software and training procedures and manuals.
*Create company documentation methodology and framework.
*Document help and training materials for CINC’s features and functionality.
*Ensure all relevant documentation is updated with new and enhanced functionality.
*Develop and maintain user-training manuals.
*Maintain a comprehensive library of technical and documentation.
*Manage updates, revisions, and multiple versions of technical manuals and training materials.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed for the Job:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of communication or technical writing experience, or a combination of education and experience.  Individual will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work without supervision.  This individual will need to ensure they can meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads, while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.  This individual will need to document project milestones and complete tasks in a timely manner.  Ideal candidates will have a sense of urgency and will be results orientated.  Ideal candidates will be able to document process flow with Visio.
