CINC Systems, LLC the leading provider of software to the HOA management industry is looking for a Corporate Trainer to join our team in Duluth, Georgia. This individual will develop and deliver effective training programs to our new employees and existing staff. This individual would also work closely with our Technical writer to ensure appropriate documentation of procedural material to be utilized within the training program. The training and development of employees is critical to our organization’s successful growth. You must be motivated to encourage and enable our new hires to be successful. Individual will be responsible for:
*Develop and deliver system training for all proprietary software products.
*Provide training for significant system upgrades to ensure understanding of new and improved functionality.
*Develop a deep and thorough understanding of the business to understand the areas in which training for staff is needed.
*Manage new hire performance through training and provide feedback to Managers.
*Develop an appropriate evaluation tool to ensure knowledge gained from the training sessions.
*Provide ongoing feedback to new hires throughout the training process.
*Partner with Human Resources to ensure that the Training provided mirrors the expectations of the new hire at each step of their integration into CINC.
*Measure and assess staff training needs; conduct a thorough training needs analysis.
*Bring a high energy and enthusiastic teaching style for high engagement training.
*Conduct follow up trainings when necessary.
*Create job aids to assist new employees in their position.
*Continue to evaluate training needs, including adjustments based on client feedback, and manager feedback.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 4+ years of corporate training experience, or a combination of education and experience. Individual should have excellent interpersonal skills, and must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how people learn. Individual will have strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to maximize company resources, and an ability to work without supervision. Individual must have problem solving skills to understand the root cause if material is not being learned.
