CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners’ association accounting and property management software system that develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day to day activities of Homeowners Associations and Management Companies.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting our Implementation Managers and Software Trainers with organizing our ongoing implementation, onboarding, and training projects. Essential tasks involve providing administrative support to ensure high quality onboarding and software implementation projects. He or she will partner with team members with onboarding, migration, file validation, training webinars, and customer implementation calls to ensure a successful implementation process.
*Organize, attend, and participate in weekly project calls hosted by the Implementation Manager.
*Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
*Send follow-up emails for status updates regarding Web Axis and additional module setups.
*Review and import data spreadsheets related to project tasks.
*Review database for project tasks completed by the customer.
*Review/update project plans and send to the customer.
*Develop templates and test users for training/transition.
*Facilitate monthly webinars (as assigned).
*Submit cases through Salesforce.
*Schedule travel and manage travel arrangements.
*Facilitate project specific software installations.
*Manage and send out Go Live notification emails.
*Facilitate 3rd party vendor interface setup and training.
*Assist with ensuring project deadlines are being met in a timely.
Ideal candidates will be detailed oriented, organized, able to multi-task and proficient with Excel. The individual must also have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate clearly and professionally with management, development team members, and customers.
