Software Support Analyst
CINC Systems is currently seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team at our Duluth office. Individuals would be responsible for: re-creating the client issue to determine cause and appropriate corrective action; providing thorough, accurate, and professional responses to support requests; building a rapport with clients so that CINC may be better able to provide outstanding service, documenting and forwarding customer requests for modification or enhancement to the appropriate team member and providing feedback to the customer on such requests; creating user documentation to handle frequently asked questions as well as provide step by step instructions for using any component of the system; training clients or other staff to increase the skills of the client base thereby reducing repeat cases; and providing assistance to training and implementation teams as needed.
Candidates must have computer software support experience, and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and provide direction to clients as needed. The candidate must be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure all customer requests are appropriately researched, documented appropriately. Candidates must also possess additional skills including strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand the problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between these parts. Ideal candidates will have a familiarity with accounting principles and may have a familiarity with the Community Association Industry.
