What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be an integral member of our Marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of multiple marketing projects with a focus on corporate events, helping us deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization and supporting marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.
The ideal candidate understands marketing best practices, is a self-starter and has a “get-it-done” attitude. You know many aspects of marketing and can jump in wherever necessary to complete tasks and help projects over the finish line.
● Supporting the marketing team with planning, hosting, communicating and implementing corporate marketing events across a variety of marketing channels
● Develop support materials, print and digital collateral to support and market events
● Manage Marketing swag, i.e. the closet, shipping and acquiring and managing swag supply and budget
● Create new marketing collateral targeted at specific business development efforts
● Support corporate marketing programs
● Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all members of the Cask team, the company and outside business partners
● Collect content and publish new and update existing webpages to support the larger content campaigns
● Create and distribute company newsletter
● Manage, implement and assist in communicating company award submissions and awards
● Assisting with writing and editing content email marketing campaigns
● Building marketing emails using an HTML editor tool (such as HubSpot) and routing for edits and approvals.
● Maintaining marketing and project timelines to track all activities and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
● Manage and support the company social advocacy program
What you’ll bring to the table:
● 1-3 years of experience working in Marketing and/or managing event coordination, preferably for an enterprise software or professional services company
● Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field of study
● Must have the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload in a fun, but deadline-driven and fast-paced environmentWell organized and attention to detail
● A positive team player
● Must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
● A ‘can do’ mentality, someone who wants to be part of a committed and results driven team
● Prior experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress and/or Google Suite a plus
