What you’ll be doing:

 

Cask Delivery team is looking for a Product Manager who will bring their deep Product Management expertise and strategic partnership to our Customers. They are excited to work in tandem with our clients and lead internal teams to develop strategic product roadmaps, manage the lifecycle of existing products and provide thoughtful recommendations to add value to our customers. The Product Manager has a deep desire to make their customer’s lives easier through scalable, efficient and innovative strategy, executing excellent deliverables and exceeding customer expectations.

 

Duties

      Work with customers to develop strategic roadmaps for their custom and standard ServiceNow applications

      Help align ServiceNow initiatives with the customer’s organizational goals

      Work with Product Owners across multiple value streams to align tactical development efforts with the strategic goals for the business and their ServiceNow products

      Work with a diverse distributed Agile team with an emphasis on repeatable processes, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

      Manage the lifecycle of existing and new ServiceNow applications

      Manage the product workstream across the lifecycle using defined development process

      Make recommendations that will make our customer’s ServiceNow products more scalable, future-proof and more stable over time

      Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships for our customers

      Support mission areas across the business to evolve and mature their ServiceNow products

      Participate in the solutioning of unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business

      Collaborate with agile development teams on releases of products and help drive the value for the organization

      Customer-focused; keeps customers as a priority when defining solutions, listening to customer feedback and advocating for solutions that help drive improvement in the customers experience & service

      Create and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, including prioritization efforts and milestone reviews to ensure that completion dates coincide with the larger needs of the business

      Manage key stakeholder expectations around the product line, help product owners resolve escalated product stakeholder issues

      Effectively manage both internal and external partnerships on initiatives from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities get to market with solutions aligned to vision

      Partner with the program team on strategic initiatives that will drive development and business priorities

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

      10+ years professional experience, which includes 2+ years experience as a Product Manager and 2+ years hands-on experience working in an Agile environment

      Experience working with ServiceNow products is a plus

      Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels

      Experience prioritizing backlogs and working with cross-functional partners to develop product roadmaps and product life cycles

      In-depth understanding of A/B testing and optimization best practices

      Passion for teamwork and collaboration

      People management experience is a plus

      Ability to design product/solution architectures, by translating customer requirements to a solution and ability to validate/ implement complex solutions

      Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate and manage direct reports as well as lead non-direct reports with influential leadership

      Deep experience in all aspects of defining, planning and delivering to customer business value

      Experience with capability/product development, including visioning, road mapping, feature prioritization and go to market strategy

      Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams.

      Experience as a change agent at senior levels of the organization

      Ability to work on a team in a collaborative virtual setting; self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable

      Detail, process and documentation-oriented

      Creative at adapting and implementing ideas

      Experience with Agile methodology; Scrum and/or SAFe a plus

      Understands technical and functional design requirements.

      A fundamental understanding of ITSM or ITIL.

      Knowledge of ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs is preferred but not required.

      Understands business drivers and how those relate to software delivery.
