What you’ll be doing:

The Federal Civilian Account Executive will have tenacity, wit and energy to get in front of prime targets and build relationships with new and existing Cask clients in Federal Civilian accounts. It’s not just about closing deals; it’s about providing long term value and a trusted relationship with our customers and partners. The Account Executive will operate in the Business Development and Capture Management capacity and is responsible for generating new business sales revenue for Cask across several disciplines, including Service Management and Operations, Technology Business Management, Portfolio and Project Management, and Cyber Security. This will be achieved by researching prospect customers, using business development techniques, building account plans, and inside sales and field-based sales activities. in the Federal Government sector. The ideal candidate will:

      Identify, develop, and shape opportunities for Federal Government contracts (Task Orders, Directed Awards, BPAs, IDIQs)

      Build, develop, and manage trusted relationships with key agency decision makers and executives promote the Cask’s advantage and position the company to pursue and win opportunities as they go to market

      Create and deliver effective client presentations and proposals that address the specific needs of a client

      Develop and execute business development plans and coordinate BD efforts to achieve sales and revenue targets

      Develop marketing strategy and assist with planning and executing sales initiatives; actively participate in marketing events for lead generation

      Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team in executing the company’s sales process to achieve growth objectives.

What you’ll bring to the table:

        Successful track record of developing leads, proposal development, and winning contracts with federal agencies, focused on Land Management, Citizen Services, and other agencies

        Familiarity with federal government vehicles such as GSA Schedule 70, MAS, 8(a) Stars II, etc.

        Working knowledge of SBA and FAR rules and regulations

        A clear record of quota achievement and metrics-driven approach to prospecting and managing pipeline through to a successful close

        Proficiency in shaping potential opportunities and forecasting accurately on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis

        Excellent proposal writing and verbal skills with an attention to organization, detail, and quality presentation

        Organizational skills and discipline in using sales productivity tools

     Experience in leading presentations and meetings using Zoom

        Strong desire to work with a company to expand a Federal Government business

        U.S. Citizen or approved registered alien

        Ability to pass drug screening and Federal Government criminal background check with no felony records

        Highly Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow ecosystem and/or ServiceNow partner.
